Adventures in Portland

I love how my legs look in this picture! I know that they're not long and lean and I'm well aware that I'll never be a Victoria's Secret model, but I really like my legs. My sister and I always theorized that we are a cross-breed of shetland ponies and coffee tables. Sturdy, squatty, and pretty.

This is me being flabbergasted at how many courtiers we sold the first day. I can never stock enough of that dang style, no matter how many I sew.

You know that people love you when they bake you dinosaur shaped muffins.

I hope to see you in Oregon next year and I'll make sure to buy something nice and pricey from you too. :)

  4. Hey gorgeous! I was a sad, sad girl to miss you at the pirate faire this year. Silly friends getting married out of town on the same weekend - what were they thinking?

I hope it was great for you, and that your Halloween season is at least a little less sucky this year.

I'll have to wait another year to see your fabulous little jackets and other swellness.

  6. This is so weird, I'm visiting your blog for the first time and noticed that the tights you're wearing in that pic are nearly identical to the tights I'm wearing this very moment--and I don't often wear them because I'm addicted to my striped pirate tights! *insert Twilight Zone music here*

And you do have lovely legs. I love that you love your legs! I have to get out of the terrible habit of looking at pics of myself and wanting to delete them.

  8. I'm new to your blog, and love your "wares". I also have pony/coffee table legs, or as my sisters and I decided, "study peasant stock" legs for the long haul. Amazing creations, hope to see you at a faire in the PNW.
